| This early 1900’s two piece hand carved wooden mold was used for making traditional rice-flour cakes. It is shaped as a sea bream, symbolizing good fortune and has a wonderful dark patina associated with years of use. Excellent condition with minor surface marks. A deep incised signature on the back reads Miuraya. Dimensions: 13 ½” x 6” x 1 ½” | ||||||||
